Responsibilities

  • Log agency invoice queries and feedback to agencies on required corrective action.
  • Produce monthly statement reconciliations for secondary agencies ensuring supplier accounts are up to date.
  • Prepare payroll input data for internal/external payroll providers across multiple trusts, taking a proactive approach in correcting pay fails.
  • Administer and configure rates on relevant systems with appropriate governance and sign off.

Are you an organised individual with exceptional attention to detail? Do you enjoy working on administration tasks?We're hiring for a Finance Administrator! In this role you'll be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices whilst resolving queries over the phone and via email, ensuring all tasks are done within a timely manner and accurately to meet targets.

Every day you will...
