We're looking for a Finance Administrator to support their dynamic Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad exposure across commercial finance functions and develop your skills within a collaborative and award-winning environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting Purchase Ledger activities: invoice processing, coding, statement reconciliations, and payment runs.
  • Assisting with Sales Ledger: creating and uploading invoices/credit notes in SAP.
  • Managing remittances, statements, and expense approvals.
  • Daily processing of AIB remittances and Wells Fargo reconciliations.
  • Maintaining business partner records and ledgers.
  • Handling cheque banking via mobile app.
  • Responding to queries.
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc tasks.

What we're looking for:

Essential:

  • Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
  • Understanding of core accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Desirable:

  • Experience with SAP B1 and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with strong time-management abilities.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
  • Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
