Work Hour: standard hours 37.5-40 hours/week, working onsite/hybrid setting can be discussed
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting a Business Finance Administrator working on behalf of a leading Energy services company.
The Business Administrator will be the Finance Business partner for our Procurement, QEHS, and site related functions. Providing financial and commercial guidance on all aspects of the functions, including Strategic planning and controlling of Cost centres. They will actively participate in reviews with technical counterparts, providing financial insight into financial results and variance analysis. Some of the other duties include:
- Contribute to the strategic planning of the business area as a Finance Business Partner
- Effective financial management of the cost centres, including establishing annual budgets, periodic forecasting, variance analysis and posting of accruals/provisions where appropriate.
- Work with operational colleagues to ensure tight control of Cost centre budgets and provide guidance where necessary to the business function.
- Develop and maintain an accurate recharging model for site function cost centres, working with the finance community to ensure complete transparency and timely processing.
- Maintain high standards of internal financial control and adherence to all applicable rules and regulations.
- Ad-hoc financial support for various projects and annual audit.
Preferred Skills for the role:
- A minimum of 3-4 years experience in financial/commercial roles or ability to show suitable professional qualifications through experience
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA part qualified (or equivalent) or better
- Strong communication in interfacing with internal departments
- Applies specialist knowledge and experience to problem solving, where solutions may have to be defined and resolved.
- Able to create new working principles and digital models to use for new approaches to complex processes.
