Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Finance Administrator to support the site with finance admin tasks within a healthcare setting. The role covers petty cash, payroll inquiries, and PO processing, with training on Quinyx Payroll and Sage.

You will be the on-site finance advisor for staff and liaise with suppliers and departments on invoice queries. Working 37.5 hours per week, there is flexibility for part-time or reduced hours over five days.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or similar role.
• Knowledge of banking & cash reconciliations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Excel, Sage and Outlook is preferred.
• Accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and diligence in all duties with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Managing systems for service user monies, petty cash, payroll cover, and purchase system.
• Processing staff and agency timesheets to meet deadlines.
• Checking and submitting F2 invoices for funder processing.
• Purchase Order Processing - WAP/Ordering of Goods and Services.

Are you an Administrator with some experience in a finance/payroll environment? Join Spring Wood Lodge as the Finance Administrator and utilise your skill set within a healthcare environment to deal with all finance-related admin.

As the Finance Administrator, you will utilise your skill set within a healthcare environment as you turn your hand to everything finance admin-related, including assisting with the management of petty cash, dealing with payroll enquiries, helping with the management of the purchase order processing system and much more!

Working 37.5 hours a week, you will be the go-to finance person on site for staff and will liaise with suppliers and heads of departments regarding invoice queries and authorisations.

We would consider part time or reduced hours over 5 days (Mon-Fri).

You will be trained to use a range of finance systems, including Quinyx and Sage, this will see you input/amend employee details on the Quinyx Payroll and you oversee salaries, overtime, bank and special duty pay.

As a Finance Administrator, you will be:

• Managing systems for service user monies, petty cash, cover for payroll for the site (including overtime, bank and special duty pay), and cover for the purchase system.
• Processing staff and agency timesheets in a timely manner to meet weekly submission deadlines.
• Checking and submitting F2 invoices for funder processing.
• Purchase Order Processing - WAP/Ordering of Goods and Services
• Assisting in maintaining Head Office Purchase Ledger Spreadsheet including dealing with any adhoc queries
• Ensuring that all associated documentation is correctly maintained and filed in the correct way

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in administration or similar role
• Knowledge of banking & cash reconciliations is preferred
• Knowledge of Excel, Sage and Outlook is preferred
• Accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and diligence in all assigned duties with minimum of direct supervision

Where you will be working:

Location: 1 Towngate Close, Guiseley, Leeds, LS20 9PQ

You will be working at Spring Wood Lodge, a service that supports women over the age of 18 who have complex emotional and mental health problems associated with significant risk behaviours. Typically they have a diagnosis of personality disorder or a severe mental illness.

They may not have had their needs met in a general psychiatric service including acute inpatient units, community mental health teams or community personality disorder service. Working as part of a team, you will focus on active rehabilitation with a view to achieving sustainable discharge.
