Location: Leeds (LS15) | Working Hours:Tuesday–Friday (32 hours per week Part Time)

We’re currently seeking a Finance Support Assistant to join our Leeds-based team on a part-time basis. In this varied and collaborative role, you'll be supporting both our Group Finance and Transactional teams across all UK trading divisions. You’ll help ensure that essential financial processes run smoothly, accurately, and on time — all while putting stakeholders at the heart of what you do.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Allocating customer cash receipts and creating debit notes

  • Completing daily cash sheets and processing credit/debit note allocations

  • Managing customer and supplier data, including new supplier account setup

  • Raising manual (non-product) invoices and setting up payments/bank transfers

  • Supporting Accounts Payable allocations and scanning documentation

Depending on your experience, you may also assist with:

  • Supplier statement reconciliations and intercompany revenue postings

  • Closing old purchase orders and checking for incorrect account postings

  • Credit Control and Accounts Payable support

  • Collating audit/SOX documentation and supporting month-end processes

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong team player with great communication skills

  • Organised and methodical, able to prioritise effectively

  • Results-driven with a flexible, can-do attitude

  • Experience with Excel and ERP systems (desirable)

  • Previous experience in a finance or transactional support role preferred
