This dynamic wholesaler is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join their busy admin department. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, formulas, and column management. You will be responsible for creating invoices from Sales Orders exclusively in Excel. The role will also involve various administrative and accounting tasks, which will expand over time.
Essential skills include advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Sage software is a bonus. The candidate should have a common sense approach, be confident in dealing with customers via phone and email, and possess excellent written and spoken English.
This position is based in a friendly, open-plan office with a 3-month temporary assignment followed by a 3-month contract. Please note, there is an office dog, so applicants should be comfortable around dogs and not allergic.
The client aims to recruit ASAP and intends to conduct interviews within this week for the right candidate for this 6-month role.
Working hours are 9 am to 5 pm, with two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch, which is provided in the canteen.
