WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a motivated individual who shares our values and can help balance workloads while contributing to the future growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Languages: fluent Italian and good English (essential)
  • Very good numerical skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially advanced Excel
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Good prioritising and organisational skills
  • Academic background is not mandatory, Liceo Scientifico or similar technical school background can be sufficient, as all training will be provided.

THE ROLE:

The role purpose is the administrative and accounting support for the team of 7.

Key duties will include: processing files, payments, bank account reconciliations, inputting data to various systems and other tasks (full list above) required for smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Finance department.

Also, the role may involve liaison and cooperation with our teams in Belgium and Italy.

Prior Finance/Accounts experience is not mandatory, because we will provide all the training for this role. Good ability to handle figures, calculations, Excel and the right attitude to learn are key here.
