FareShare Cymru is seeking a Finance Administration Officer to provide accurate, timely finance support across purchase ledgers, sales ledgers, invoicing, expenses and reporting. The role combines office and home working and may require occasional attendance at meetings or events.
Working 15 hours per week over weekdays, you will process invoices, monitor aged debt, and maintain financial records using Excel and Xero, Sage or QuickBooks.
15 hours per week, worked over 5 days (3 hours per day), Monday to Fridaymornings
Permanent. 33 days holiday including bank holidays (13.2 days pro ratio). After two years’ service this increases by 1 day a year up to a maximum of 5 days (pro ratio). 1 day volunteering leave per year also available (pro ratio). EAP available to all staff.

Hybrid working, based between Cardiff and home. The role is primarily office and home based, with occasional attendance at FareShare Cymru meetings or events as required.
The Finance Administration Officer will provide accurate, timely and well-organised finance administration support across purchase ledger, sales ledger, customer invoicing, expenses, reporting, systems administration and continuous improvement.
