Job summary

QA Limited in East Kilbride is offering a finance apprenticeship that supports the office with documented processes and by maintaining compliant client records.

You will gain hands-on experience using IO, upload documents to the Standard Life portal, manage diaries in Outlook, respond to client queries and prepare reports.

This programme includes CPD, progression opportunities in Financial Services, and a salary starting at £20,000, rising to £21,000 after apprenticeship completion.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain compliant client records with CPD.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Good communication and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliant client records on IO.
• Gather plan information to create client portfolio reports.
• Upload documents to the Standard Life portal.
• Manage diary using Outlook and liaise with CSE.
• Handle client queries and prepare client packs for meetings.
• Produce client reports (CashCalc, Selectapension) and ARLs.
• Prepare and process letters of authority, track completion.
