Finance/Accounts Receivable Birmingham - £14.74 PH 5 months

This role involves the daily management of accounts receivables, focusing on collections strategies, worklists, and priorities. The goal is to minimize overdue invoice balances, ensure accurate cash application to customer accounts, and process claims/deductions. This position is suitable for a recent graduate in Finance.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily accounts receivable activities according to collection strategies and priorities.
2. Minimize overdue invoices and ensure accurate cash application.
3. Validate trade promotional claims from customers in line with targets and SLAs.
4. Follow processes to facilitate effective deduction processing off the customer ledger.
5. Communicate promptly and collaborate with relevant functions to clear or recover deductions.
6. Reconcile claims promptly.
7. Partner with sales teams to manage their accounts and debt.

Candidates should have experience in accounts receivable or be recent Finance graduates seeking an entry-level role. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience with SAP are advantageous.
