A Mano Coffee Bar & Kitchen in London is seeking a Finance & Accounts Manager to lead client financial accounts, ensure accuracy, and prepare reports. You will manage and maintain accounts, act as the main contact for clients, monitor performance, and coordinate with internal teams to improve service.

The role requires proven experience in a client-facing financial role, strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Financial Account Manager or in a similar client-facing financial role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple accounts.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyse data and produce useful financial reports.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach to building client relationships.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, answering questions and resolving account-related issues.
• Monitor account performance, analyse financial data and prepare reports.
• Work with internal teams to coordinate services and improve client satisfaction.
• Help develop financial solutions tailored to clients’ needs and objectives.
• Ensure transactions, account updates and documentation are processed on time.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions and account activities for auditing.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes and financial best practices.
