Finance / Accounts Assistant
Salary - £25,000 to £27,000, dependent on experience, plus commission
Location – Hybrid with 2 days per week in our Altrincham office

Dark Horse is a renowned digital marketing agency based in the UK, specialising in PPC, SEO, and Paid Social. We are looking to bring more finance functions in-house to improve our operational efficiency.

The role

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be vital to the team, reporting directly to the Group Operations Director and liaising with multiple team members. Work abroad.

  • Managing and recording customer and supplier invoices, overseeing the process of raising, sending, and receiving invoices.
  • Preparing weekly payment runs to ensure timely payments to suppliers.
  • Logging transactions accurately in Sage Accounting.
  • Undertaking bank reconciliations to keep records up-to-date.
  • Monitoring overdue payments and conducting proactive credit control.
  • Responding to internal and external queries related to invoices and payments.
  • Supporting the Group Operations Director with administrative, reporting, and month-end tasks.
