If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love problem solving on the move, and want to make a real impact on parcel delivery across your region, this is your moment. Step into a role where no two days are the same, where your leadership keeps millions of parcels moving safely, efficiently, and on time.
As a Final Mile Territory Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind service excellence across multiple Delivery Units or one high-volume Super Unit. You’ll oversee daily performance, act quickly to resolve issues using real-time digital tools, motivate and engage a network of couriers, and build strong relationships with Evri Business Partners, the local community, and key internal teams.
This is a role for someone who loves ownership, thrives on accountability, and brings energy and resilience to every challenge. Your decisions will shape courier experience, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and site safety — every single day.
If you’re motivated by building, shaping and delivering growth in a fast-moving commercial logistics environment, we’d like to hear from you.
We’recommitted to building a truly inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone can bring – and be – their whole authentic selves.
We’re also on a mission to be the UK’s most accessible delivery business. We’ve partnered with Scope, the leading disability equality charity, to improve deliveries for millions of customers and give extra support to our colleagues and couriers who need it.
Collaboration is key because we work better together. Bring passion, ambition and an open mind, and in return we’ll give you respect, flexibility and a place where you can thrive.
