Job summary

Evri Group is hiring a Final Mile Territory Manager for Watford. You will oversee service quality, cost, and performance across Delivery Units, driving on-time parcel flow and building strong relationships with couriers, partners, and internal teams.

The role requires analytical thinking, ownership, and resilience in a fast-paced environment. You’ll use real-time dashboards to identify risks, motivate field teams, and ensure efficient operations while upholding safety and customer satisfaction

About the Role

As a Final Mile Territory Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind service excellence across multiple Delivery Units or one high-volume Super Unit. You’ll oversee daily performance, act quickly to resolve issues using real-time digital tools, motivate and engage a network of couriers, and build strong relationships with Evri Business Partners, the local community, and key internal teams.

Responsibilities as a Final Mile Territory Manager

• Own service, cost, and performance across your Delivery Unit(s)
• Ensure consistent, compliant, on-time parcel flow and courier coverage
• Analyse digital dashboards and Service Tracker to identify and resolve risks
• Build strong relationships with EBPs, couriers, support teams, and unions
• Lead budget management with a focus on cost leadership and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive planning across all operations

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Require the Following…

Qualifications:

• Current UK Driving Licence (preferable but not essential on standalone single Delivery Unit)

Knowledge & Experience:

• Knowledge of the self-employed courier model
• Previous experience working in a customer-focused industry within a fast-paced operational role
• Strong planning and organisational experience

Technical & People Skills:

• Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Ability to empower teams with appropriate oversight and support recruitment/interview activity when required
• Strong communicator across a dispersed workforce
• IT proficient, including experience with digital dashboards
