Pro-Found Recruitment Solutions Ltd are seeking 3 Final Inspection Operatives in Sheffield to join a prestigious medical manufacturing partner. Roles offer permanent contracts with a rotating two-shift pattern (mornings & Afternoons) and immediate starts.

You will inspect components, perform dimensional checks and report defects while upholding health, safety and quality standards in a busy production environment.

Qualifications

• Previous quality inspection, production or manufacturing experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Able to concentrate during repetitive tasks.
• Capable of handling components and lifting up to 15kg.
• Reliable, flexible with a positive attitude.
• Able to work rotating mornings and afternoons shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed visual inspections of manufactured components.

• Follow work instructions and quality procedures.
• Complete production and inspection paperwork accurately.

Pro-Found Recruitment are currently recruiting 3 Final Inspection Operatives on behalf of our prestigious manufacturing client in Sheffield. These are fantastic opportunities to join a well-established company producing high-quality products within the medical manufacturing sector.

This role is working on a rotating 2-shift pattern (Mornings & Afternoons), so applicants must be able to work both shifts.

The Role

Duties

As a Final Inspection Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring products meet strict quality standards before they are released to customers. Duties include:

• Carrying out detailed visual inspections of manufactured components.


• Performing dimensional and gauge checks.


• Identifying and reporting defects.


• Following work instructions and quality procedures.


• Completing production and inspection paperwork accurately.


• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety.


• Working as part of a busy production team to achieve quality and production targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Have previous quality inspection, production or manufacturing experience.


• Have excellent attention to detail.


• Can maintain concentration during repetitive inspection tasks.


• Are comfortable handling components and lifting trays weighing up to 15kg.
