Arts University Bournemouth’s Bournemouth Film School is seeking a Production Assistant to join a dynamic team of specialists. You will support the Production Office, help manage film projects, and work on the BFS Funding Futures programme, including Alumni Short Film Fund initiatives and external collaborations.

Reporting to the Head of Production & External Engagement, you will assist with seminars, training sessions, and shoots while upholding health, safety, and welfare standards under

Qualifications

• Educated to at least degree level.
• Practical experience of production coordination.
• Desirable: full UK/EU driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support the Production Office with production support across BFS projects.
• Assist in planning and delivery of film productions and BFS Funding Futures programme.
• Coordinate shoots, seminars and group sessions on production management processes.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare procedures are followed under supervision.
• Provide effective and responsive production support during working day.
