Join us and make a difference when it matters most!
At Mundipharma, we are committed to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical products that make a meaningful difference to patients' lives. During an exciting period of expansion within our Filling & Packaging operations, we are seeking dedicated operators to support the continued supply of commercial products while our permanent colleagues undertake training on new production assets.
This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative manufacturing environment and play a vital role in maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient production operations that ensure uninterrupted product supply to our customers.
This is a fixed-term, project-linked position created specifically to support continuity of routine supply on Bard's existing Filling & Packaging (F&P) lines during the Expansion Training Workstream. The role exists solely to provide operational support on designated legacy packaging lines while permanent operators are released to participate in training and qualification activities associated with new expansion assets, including Lines 24, 25, 26, and related equipment.
The successful candidate will support the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of legacy packaging lines, ensuring products are packaged in accordance with approved specifications, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
This role is restricted to legacy production assets only. The post-holder will not be trained, assessed, qualified, deployed, or scheduled to work on new expansion lines or equipment.
You will demonstrate a strong understanding of GMP principles and the importance of compliance within a regulated manufacturing environment. Accurate documentation, adherence to approved procedures, and a commitment to quality will be essential to success in this role.
You will work closely with Quality Assurance and operational teams to ensure all activities are performed safely, consistently, and in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
