Job Title: Filling Operator – GC Line (Shift 1, F2) FTC

Location: Kettering

Salary: Starting salary of £35,492.98 + Shift allowance of £2,952.69 per annum. Benefits include pension, private healthcare, income protection, etc.

We have an opportunity for a Filling Operator in Factory 2 for an initial duration of 6 months.

The role involves maintaining the production process, ensuring safety, food safety, and quality. Responsibilities include staging materials, recording production data, monitoring equipment, overseeing the production line, and maintaining accurate records.

About You

You should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and solve technical problems.

The required qualifications and skills include:

• GCSE or equivalent
• Proficiency in written and verbal English
• Experience in food manufacturing
• Awareness of food allergens and hygiene
• Knowledge of IT systems like MS Office
• Availability for 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
