Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is seeking a Production (Filling) Operative for our Minsterley site to operate and run designated lines, achieve daily operations targets and maintain GMP standards.

The role is permanent, full time with a 4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts (days and nights 6-6) and a salary of £32,011 per annum. You will work to support the daily production plan, perform routine operator duties, ensure quality and safety, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production lines in a food/manufacturing environment.
• Able to identify problems and implement corrective actions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production plan for the line during shift.
• Operate plant/equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Meet daily KPI targets and ensure materials/packaging availability.
• Collaborate with operators to start up procedures and maintain GMP, hygiene and safety.
