At Nilfisk, we are one of the UK's leading suppliers of industrial cleaning equipment, and we need someone to help us keep our clients' machines in top condition. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll work on customer sites throughout Cumbria and SW Scotland, ensuring smooth operations.

Your responsibilities include completing repairs within contracted service level agreements, making follow-up calls for additional parts, performing Portable Appliance Tests (PAT), scheduled maintenance, and PDIs/workshop repairs at our Penrith location.

We provide you with everything needed – a van, mobile phone, iPad, uniform, and training! Plus, you'll work only on weekdays!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow all workplace procedures correctly, including Health and Safety rules.
  • Capture accurate client data and update jobs in real-time.
  • Provide detailed reports after each site visit.
  • Order parts via our central database and maintain van stock levels.
  • Maintain the condition of the company vehicle to a high standard.
