Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Water Hygiene Engineer to join a Hereford-based team. The role involves monitoring and sampling water, TMV servicing, shower cleans and descales, and tank inspections. Travel to sites from the Hereford office and occasional overnight stays are expected.

Salary £28,000–£32,000 with a company vehicle and phone, plus 28 days’ holiday and training opportunities to progress within the team.

Qualifications

• Some hands-on water hygiene experience.
• Full UK driving licence and DBS check.
• Willing to travel to sites, based from Hereford office; nights away a couple per month.

Responsibilities

• Temperature monitoring and water sampling.
• TMV servicing and shower cleans/descales.
• Tank inspections and routine site visits.
• Assisting with disinfections at sites.
• Supporting compliance and record-keeping.
• Opportunity to progress to more technical tasks over time.
