The Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Field Visual Merchandiser to join our retail team, reporting to the VM Manager. You will support the execution of visual standards across our boutiques and help create an exceptional in-store experience reflecting the LUCA FALONI aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement seasonal visual merchandising guidelines across stores
• Support product presentation, window displays, and in-store styling in line with brand identity
• Maintain consistency of visual standards across fixtures, lighting, and signage
• Collaborate with retail, marketing, and merchandising teams
• Conduct regular store visits and provide visual feedback
• Assist in planning and setting up store openings and promotional events

About You

• Experience or education in visual merchandising, retail design, or fashion is preferred
• Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling through product presentation
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Passion for menswear, luxury retail, and LUCA FALONI
