Job Description
Main Purpose of the Role: To ensure that all Field View Processes are recorded and filed correctly. To ensure that all information is distributed in accordance with the PMP and general project requirements and timeframes.
- Act as McConnells contact for all Field View related issues.
- Ensure that all information is recorded and retained on the central electronic document management system (Field View).
- Review and control of Field View management protocols.
- Assist and oversee the Site Team with capturing the information needed for Field View.
- Communicate expectations for Field View management clearly with the site team and subcontractors.
- Ensure that all relevant personnel are up to date with training and using Field View correctly.
- Produce weekly reports of logged information and circulate them.
- Maintain and monitor records properly.
- Ensure proper records are maintained for Field View distribution.
- Report weekly to Line Manager.
- Perform any other reasonable management requests.

Experience:
- Proven experience working with Cloud-Based Field Construction Software.
- Ability to set up new accounts and users.
- Experience in setting up and managing standardized file and directory structures.
- Knowledge and experience with Document Management tools.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in the construction industry.
