Job Description

Main Purpose of the Role: To ensure that all Field View Processes are recorded and filed correctly. To ensure that all information is distributed in accordance with the PMP and general project requirements and timeframes.

  • Act as McConnells contact for all Field View related issues.
  • Ensure that all information is recorded and retained on the central electronic document management system (Field View).
  • Review and control of Field View management protocols.
  • Assist and oversee the Site Team with capturing the information needed for Field View.
  • Communicate expectations for Field View management clearly with the site team and subcontractors.
  • Ensure that all relevant personnel are up to date with training and using Field View correctly.
  • Produce weekly reports of logged information and circulate them.
  • Maintain and monitor records properly.
  • Ensure proper records are maintained for Field View distribution.
  • Report weekly to Line Manager.
  • Perform any other reasonable management requests.

  • Proven experience working with Cloud-Based Field Construction Software.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience in the construction industry.
