Job summary

Iceland Foods is seeking a Digital Learning Content Creator to join our in-house Learning & Development team. You’ll take video projects from concept to completion, plan shoots, film on location across the UK and edit content that helps develop our colleagues.

While video production will be your primary focus, you’ll also support the wider Digital Learning team by creating learning resources, maintaining digital content, and supporting colleagues who use our learning platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience filming and editing video projects, with a portfolio/showreel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with people.
• Creativity, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
• Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Interest in storytelling and visual communication.
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate video projects from concept through to delivery.
• Film content across UK stores, distribution centres and offices.
• Edit footage into high-quality learning and communication videos.
• Create graphics, captions, animations and supporting assets.
• Organise video asset libraries and project files.
• Produce supporting learning materials and digital content.
• Review content against learning objectives and branding principles.
• Test with users and implement improvements.
• Support ongoing development of digital learning resources.
• Provide first-line support to colleagues using learning systems.
