Job description

Field Technician (Previous Relevant Experience Required), West Midlands

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when needed.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company that delivers services to public sector customers and plays a part in keeping the country safe and saving lives.

We want to hear from you if you have demonstrable experience in:

  1. Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using latest contract manuals and procedural documents to required standards of quality and time, under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
  2. Providing technical break/fix support for installed customer solutions.
  3. Escalating via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing repetitive incidents of similar nature.
  4. Reviewing open incidents daily for your region, actively managing your workflow and utilization to close open incidents.
  5. Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of working on network infrastructure products and PCs.
