Job Description:

Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when required.

We want to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:

Demonstrable experience of:

  • Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using the latest contract manuals and procedural documents to the required standards of quality and time, under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
  • Providing technical break/fix support for customers' installed solutions.
  • Escalating issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing repetitive incidents of similar nature.
  • Reviewing open incidents daily for your region, actively managing your workflow and utilization to close incidents.
  • Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of working on network infrastructure products / PCs.
