Job Title: Field Technician (Previous Relevant Experience Required) - Belfast

We are seeking experienced IT Field Engineers to join our team in Belfast. Candidates must be eligible for Garda clearance and willing to travel to customer sites and our Dublin head office as needed.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a company serving public sector clients, contributing to national safety and life-saving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of equipment and materials following contract manuals and procedural standards under the supervision of the Project Lead Engineer or Field Engineer.
• Provide technical support for installed solutions, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Escalate issues to senior engineers for repetitive incidents requiring problem management.
• Review and manage open incidents daily, ensuring timely resolution and optimal workflow.
• Possess IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure and PC products (preferred).
