Job Title: Field Technician (Previous Relevant Experience is Required), Aberdeen

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials following contract manuals and procedural documents to the required standards of quality and time, under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalating issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewing open incidents daily, managing your workflow and utilization to resolve issues promptly.
• Ideally, possessing IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products / PCs.
