Job Description:

Field Technician

We are seeking IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. Candidates must qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work for a company serving public sector clients, contributing to national safety and life-saving initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, following contract manuals and procedures to standards of quality and timeliness under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
  • Technical support experience for installed solutions, including break/fix support.
  • Experience escalating issues to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
  • Ability to review and manage open incidents daily, overseeing workflow and utilization.
  • Knowledge of IP networks and working with network infrastructure products / PCs is preferred.
