Field Technician

We are seeking IT Field Engineers to join our team in Ireland. Candidates must qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our Dublin head office as needed.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a company serving public sector clients, contributing to national safety and life-saving initiatives.

If you have the following experience, we want to hear from you:

• Assisting with equipment installation following contract manuals and standards under supervision.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for installed solutions.
• Escalating issues to senior engineers for ongoing incidents.
• Managing your workflow by reviewing open incidents daily.
• Knowledge of IP networks and working with network infrastructure or PC products is preferred.
