Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

This role offers an opportunity to work for a company that delivers services to public sector customers, contributing to national safety and life-saving efforts.

Ideal candidates will have experience in:

• Assisting with equipment installation following contract manuals and procedures, under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalating issues to Problem Management when necessary.
• Reviewing open incidents daily and managing workflow to resolve them.
• Knowledge of IP networks and working with network infrastructure products or PCs is preferred.
