Position: Field Technician

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

As our Field Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, assessing, and diagnosing issues with the water service or sewerage treatment process across your allocated region.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Undertaking daily inspection, repair, and maintenance of water and wastewater assets to meet internal quality standards.
  2. Delivering a high level of customer service.
  3. Providing quality daily job feedback to identify follow-up work and minimize avoidable failures related to water quality.
  4. Supporting both customers and colleagues.

This role requires starting from home and working across your allocated region, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

While experience is beneficial, we value character, positivity, and a caring attitude equally. No experience is required as full training will be provided. The only requirements are:

  • A full UK driving licence
  • A willingness to learn
