EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

As our Field Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, assessing, and diagnosing issues with the water service or sewerage treatment process in your assigned region.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking daily inspection, repair, and maintenance of water and wastewater assets to defined internal quality standards.
  • Delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Providing detailed daily job feedback to identify follow-up work and minimize avoidable failures related to water quality.
  • Supporting both customers and colleagues as needed.

This role requires you to start from home and work across your designated region, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
