A leading media measurement company is seeking a field technician to install and maintain metering equipment in homes. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, a driving license, and strong customer care skills. Responsibilities include educating users on equipment and managing service appointments. This role requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends, and offers a company vehicle.

We are looking for field technicians; the ideal candidate will also have a driving licence, flexibility of work hours and days, requiring some weekend shifts, and will be covering a wide area along the M4 corridor.
The technician is also responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data from the metering equipment and software in panel homes to: The ideal candidate would have a wide-ranging technical skill set based around installation and fault finding of domestic networking, software and AV equipment. We would also consider a background in commercial installation and support of video conferencing and multiroom installations and IT services.
