Job summary

Sharps Furniture Group is seeking a Technical Surveyor to visit customers' homes, survey spaces, and finalise plans for installation. The role is field-based with local travel within BH, DT & GU postcode areas and requires strong attention to detail and excellent customer service.

The position offers 37.5 hours per week, flexibility for evenings or weekends, with full product training and ongoing support. A DBS check is required for this customer-facing role and a competitive package is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in surveying, trades, or installation.
• Able to interpret floorplans and use digital tools.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and survey rooms for fitted furniture designs.
• Finalise layout and installation details during home visits.
• Communicate with design and installation teams.
• Use CAD and digital tools to confirm specifications.
• Represent Sharps in customers' homes with professionalism.
