Designed from scratch for the internet, our network is greener, more reliable and ready for the future. The products we provide over it not only lead the market on speed, value and service, they help businesses to innovate, provide entire communities with a better foundation for their digital lives and support economic growth, locally and nationally.

What does that mean for you? The opportunity to make internet connections (and daily life) a whole lot better, for a lot of people!

Joining us as a Field Team Leader

This is a key leadership role where you’ll be responsible for driving high standards across fibre quality and installation activities. You’ll lead and develop a team of Fibre Quality Specialists, ensuring safety, compliance, and performance are embedded in everything we do. Working closely with internal departments and external partners, you’ll take ownership of delivering right-first-time outcomes for both business and residential customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the quality of our network and play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll receive a competitive salary, a company vehicle, a performance-related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

• Leading and motivating your regional team to deliver high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair activities
• Conducting quality audits on installations, civils, fibre repairs, PIA repairs, and vehicles
• Resolving complex and non-standard issues to ensure a right-first-time approach
• Managing escalations and complaints from initial contact to resolution, in line with KPIs
• Driving a culture of safety through audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement
• Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver strong operational outcomes

What you’ll bring to the role

With strong fibre expertise and the ability to lead, coach, and drive performance, you’ll also have:

• Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of delivering results
• Extensive fibre knowledge, including FTTx, splicing (single to 288f), blowing and maintenance from FEx to distribution
• Experience with OTDR/IOLM testing and diagnosing network faults
• Ability to manage customer relationships and de-escalate complex issues effectively
