This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best quality care and support the growth of our business. We want the candidate to mentor our Care Professionals and develop them to ensure excellent quality care.
Job Description
We are particularly interested in speaking to individuals who are ready for progression into a Supervisory role (whether that be by previous experience in care or formal learning) and would be excited by the opportunity to move through the ranks in Health & Social Care. Some weekend working to include on-call duties on a rota basis - typically 1 in 5 weekends. Care Professional and Client support/supervisory role - with an emphasis on learning and development of Care Professionals.

Qualifications
- Full driving licence/access to own vehicle is essential
- Flexibility with an emphasis on exceptional quality of care.
- Experience of providing a quality service.
- Ability to coach and mentor Care Professionals.
- Prior study and formal qualifications relating to Health & Social Care would be an advantage but not essential.
