Position: Field Support Administrator

Location: Chertsey STW, Home Counties South Region (Chertsey, Surrey)

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (start times to be discussed)

Salary: £27,000 per annum

About The Role

We are growing and looking for customer-focused individuals to join our Waste Network Division, delivering solutions for wastewater network and drainage issues. Responsibilities include:

  1. Submitting engineer hours and on-call rota to payroll
  2. Managing holiday and generating reports
  3. Updating regional calendar and rota
  4. Generating sickness reports
  5. Taking notes during investigations and disciplinaries
  6. Booking courses and managing certificates
  7. Uploading CCTV footage for Thames Water
  8. Analyzing jobs for productivity and pricing
  9. Conducting drug and alcohol tests when necessary
  10. Assisting with engineer interviews
  11. Maintaining depot documents and posters
  12. Managing orders, PO numbers, and delivery notes
  13. Challenging parking tickets and managing stationary and PPE supplies
  14. Filing documents in HR systems, including new starters, leavers, investigations, and training certificates
  15. Supporting regional managers and ad hoc projects
  16. Adhering to Lanes Group policies
