Job Title: Field Supervisor (Utilities Sector)

Salary: £28,600 - £30,600 + Company Vehicle + Bonuses

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Field Supervisor to join a well-established field services provider supporting the utilities sector. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a regional team of Field Representatives (both employed and self-employed), ensuring performance excellence and adherence to operational protocols.

Your role will be split between supervisory responsibilities and hands-on field visits (approx. 40-60%).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of field representatives, setting expectations and driving performance.
  • Conduct regular site visits, assess work quality, and provide ongoing training and development.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and progression of field staff.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements including health & safety, data protection, and industry standards.
  • Maintain transparent communication with the wider management team and provide regular performance reports.
  • Attend court to obtain Rights of Entry Warrants and manage utility isolations alongside locksmiths and engineers.
  • Organise and lead monthly 1-2-1 meetings, performance presentations, and contribute to weekly management calls.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven supervisory experience, ideally in utilities, field services, or similar regulated environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of warrant processes, field compliance standards, and customer vulnerability protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • High levels of self-motivation, accountability, and professional integrity.
  • Fully proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
