Overview

Field Stock Auditor – Field based, Midland (travel required 5 days a week). £25,000 – £28,825 plus company car. 40 hours per week Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Review and plan a monthly allocation of customers to be audited, ensuring that all customers are visited during the month
  • Organise oneself each day, ensuring that audits completed as efficiently as possible, with the minimum driving time between audits
  • Implement and strictly enforce the Stock Audit Procedure as defined by Partner Finance Credit and Risk management
  • Communicate clearly and constructively with Partner Finance customers
  • Compile and deliver daily reports of stock audit activity in the prescribed format
  • Implement special instructions according to the Risk, Asset & Credit department requirements in the event of serious issues being identified
  • Communicate all issues immediately to the Risk, Assets & Credit departments, reporting back whenever required, according to the procedure
Key Skills
  • Valid Full UK Driving License
  • Good self-discipline, organisational skills and ability to self-manage
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable dealing with customers including handling sensitive situations impacting BCA’s credit risk
  • Good judgment discretion is required when attending distress situations and dealing with customers in default
  • Good IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office
