Join Our Team as a Field Staff Supervisor at UKPN Services! Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Field Staff Supervisor to join our team at Heathrow Airport. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £65,241 plus a car and a 3% bonus. Close Date: 05/06/2025

What You'll Do:

1. Lead and manage a team of around 20 craftspersons, ensuring high standards of safety and productivity.
2. Collaborate with Supervisors, Managers, Field Engineers, and Planners to optimise resource utilisation and improve customer experiences.
3. Oversee project and fault management, ensuring quality and consistency in jointing and defect rectification.
4. Manage the transport fleet, plant, and equipment to meet operational requirements.
5. Support the Operations Manager in strategic vision and implementation.
