Job summary

CRA are seeking a reliable Working Site Supervisor with on-site experience in concrete repair, resin waterproofing, and liquid-applied waterproofing to oversee projects in the Midlands and North regions. The role is physically demanding and requires attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, assisting with programmes, maintaining records, and ensuring health & safety compliance. Travel and away-from-home work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising on-site teams.
• Experience with concrete repair and waterproofing is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home as required.

Responsibilities

• Day to day on site supervision of colleagues and sub-contractors for small to medium concrete repair schemes
• Assisting Contracts Manager with programme requirements to ensure projects are complete within timeframe
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, work orders, and material usage
• Organising plant & materials
• H&S checks, briefings etc.
• Cutting out defective concrete using grinders and handheld breakers
• Carry out concrete repairs using Sika, Fosroc, Weber or similar products
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
• Work in accordance with method statements and risk assessments
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time
