Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) in the United Kingdom seeks a seasoned project and operations leader to champion the operating system across service delivery, define and manage complex projects from start to finish, and coordinate multiple sites and resources to meet milestones.

You will develop documentation, monitor budgets (> $2M), mentor technical staff, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and customer focus in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations management, or related field.
• Experience managing complex manufacturing or industrial projects.
• Proven supervisory leadership and budget experience.
• Willingness to travel 30-60%.

Responsibilities

• Champions the Operating System across service delivery.
• Leads complex projects from define phase through implementation.
• Manages multiple projects and resources.
• Develops and maintains project documentation and schedules.
• Monitors resources, budgets and milestones.
• Engages third-party firms as required.
• Recruits, trains, and evaluates staff.
• Drives continuous improvement and lessons learned.
• Accounts for revenues and expenses for startup activities.
