Job summary

T H White Ltd. is seeking an Agricultural Service Technician based in Frome to service, diagnose and repair a range of tractors and combines for our customers. You will work on-site and in the field, maintaining high safety and workmanship standards.

Qualifications

Recognised apprenticeship or NVQ in land-based engineering.
Strong diagnostic ability across engines, hydraulic and electronic systems.
Precise, methodical workmanship with safety focus.
Customer-first attitude; able to work independently in the field.
Full UK driving licence; live in Frome or surrounding area.

Responsibilities

Servicing, maintaining, and repairing tractors, combines, forage harvesters, balers, and telehandlers.
Conducting advanced fault diagnostics across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Completing complex repairs.
Providing first-class technical support and customer service on-site and in the field.
Maintaining accurate work records and ensuring high standards of safety and presentation.
