Demob Job Ltd is recruiting a Field Service Technician to cover Brighton, Eastbourne, Hastings and surrounding South Coast areas. The role involves inspecting, maintaining and repairing specialist equipment across customer sites with full product training provided.

A company vehicle is included, along with comprehensive benefits, and a salary up to £34,000 DOE. You will travel within your region, diagnosing faults, solving technical issues and delivering excellent customer service while working

Qualifications

• Technical or engineering background required.
• Basic electrical knowledge and fault-finding skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Willingness to learn new products and technologies.
• Full UK driving licence and flexible travel across the South Coast.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites within allocated region to inspect, maintain, fault-find and repair equipment.
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues to keep equipment operational.
• Manage workload independently while representing the business professionally at sites.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear reporting on site visits.
