Job Description:

What you will be doing

• Provide technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance, and repair of flagship products, ensuring customer satisfaction in line with service level agreements.
• Maximize revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities during daily duties.
• Manage and control vehicle/site stock to improve first-time fix rates, minimize stock losses, and reduce product downtime.
• Work on a rotating shift pattern, including days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Collaborate effectively within a close team environment that includes customers.
• Work efficiently under pressure to meet timescales.

You will ideally have

• Excellent knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering.
• Experience with high-end Commercial Print customers.
• Experience with high-end Cutsheet products and/or Ink Jet solutions.
• Good product knowledge, including pre/post equipment.
• Proven fault-finding techniques.
• IT literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer handling skills.
• Good knowledge of company service procedures.
