Responsibilities:

  • Calibrate, perform preventative maintenance, service, and repair equipment on-site at customer locations.
  • Meet or exceed customer service level agreements.
  • Provide L1/L2 phone support for DIGI services.
  • Perform site surveys prior to installation.
  • Install equipment.
  • Maintain all required documentation.
  • Keep service vehicle and parts inventory organized.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to support customers.
  • Stand, squat, and kneel in various environments for extended periods.
  • Drive long distances between customer sites.
  • Travel may be required, including overnight stays up to 10% of the time.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in field service.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
  • Good analytical skills for troubleshooting and diagnostics.
  • Ability to become Weights and Measures certified within 6 months of hire.
