We are currently seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as a Field Service Technician at Rivian. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for overdelivering on the internal and external customer experience at our service locations. The ideal candidate will possess technical acumen and the ability to provide excellent customer service. If you are quick-thinking, proactive, communicative, and passionate about adventure, we want you on the team. You will work with internal partners daily to assist with service needs and coordinate with our Service, Vehicle, Delivery Operations, and Field Service Engineer teams. This role requires a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills, who fosters cross-functional collaboration and champions continuous improvement to support Service teams and customers within a Service center. Success in this role requires a customer-first approach, adaptability in ambiguous environments, and a creative, flexible mindset. Experience in automotive repair, process standardization, continuous improvement, and managing escalations is a plus.
NY-Based Employees: Salary Range: $30-$50 hourly (actual pay depends on experience and other factors). Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, effective from day one, with Rivian covering most premiums.
