What you'll do:

Once fully ramped up, you will be involved in servicing, maintaining, and repairing key petrol station and forecourt equipment, including dispensers, tank gauges, EPOS systems, and media solutions in the Greater Manchester area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair customer equipment daily.
• Install and commission new equipment.
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
• Produce timely and accurate service reports.
• Attend all calls promptly within SLA guidelines.
• Ensure company equipment is well-maintained and operational.
• Follow HSSE guidelines for safety and compliance.

Skills & Abilities Required:

• Mechanical/Electrical Engineering HNC/HND or relevant experience.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• PCB-level electronic repairs.
• Ability to test AC/DC single and three-phase supplies.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Strong customer service and professional interaction skills.
• Flexible working approach, capable of working independently or in a team.
• Knowledge of PC hardware, networking, and IT troubleshooting is a plus.
