What you'll do:

• Service, maintain, and repair key petrol station and forecourt equipment including dispensers, tank gauges, EPOS systems, and media solutions in the Greater Manchester area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and repair of customer equipment.
• Installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain and enhance customer relationships.
• Produce timely and accurate service reports.
• Attend all calls promptly and within set SLA.
• Maintain company equipment in good working order.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE guidelines.

Skills & Abilities Required:

• Mechanical/Electrical Engineering HNC/HND (or equivalent) and/or relevant experience.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Electronic repairs to PCB level.
• Ability to voltage test AC/DC single and three-phase supplies.
• Confident in using hand tools.
• Strong customer service skills and professional interaction with end customers.
• Flexible approach; ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Understanding of PC hardware, networking, and IT troubleshooting is a plus.
